Power Shake
- 400 mls of Water or Milk
- 2 big scoops of Viking Protein

  BIG BOY
(Your favourite flavour)
- 1/2 Cup of Oats
- 1 Chopped up Banana
- 1 Tablespoon of Honey
- 1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil
- Mix, Pour, Serve and Enjoy

Super Shake
- 300 mls of Water
- 1 big scoop of Viking Protein

   CHISEL
(Your favourite flavour)
- 1/2 Cups of Oats
- 1/4 Cup of Blueberries
- 3-4 Strawberries
- 1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil
- Mix, Pour, Serve and Enjoy

Jimbo's Jumbo Chisel Smoothie
- 400 mls of No Fat / Low Fat Milk
- 1 big scoop of Viking Protein

   CHISEL
(Your favourite flavour)
- 2 Tablespoons of Vanilla
   Low Fat Pro-Biotic Yoghurt
- 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon of Ground Flaxseed
- 1 Tablespoon of
Psyllium Husk
- Mix, Pour, Serve and Enjoy

Orange Sherbet Smoothie
- 100 mls of Water
- 200 mls Tropical Fruit Juice
- 1 big scoop of Viking Protein
  Orange Sherbet
AFTER BATTLE
- 1/4 Cup of Blueberries
- 3-4 Strawberries
- 1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil
- Mix, Pour, Serve and Enjoy  




VIQUEEN EDGE

ViQueen Quinoa Protein Bar
Ingredients
1 cup Quinoa
1 cup Desiccated Coconut
1/2 cup Instant Oats
12 scoops Viqueen Edge Chisel Protein Powder
185 grams Copha or Coconut Oil

Method
Put Quinoa into pan & heat until it pops. Add 2 cups of water and cook until all water is absorbed & Quinoa is starting to dry. Take off heat & cool. Add cooked quinoa & other ingredients into a bowl, then melt copha & mix together. Turn it into a square tray or pan & flatten out. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into small strips or squares & enjoy.

Chisel Apricot and Almond Balls

Ingredients
1 cups dried apricots
1 cups almonds
1 cups coconut flakes
cup honey Desiccated coconut (to roll)
1 scoop of Viking Protein Chisel Creamy Vanilla

Method
Using a food processor, mix the apricots until finely chopped & starting to ball together. Add the almonds, protein powder, honey & coconut flakes. Combine until it is a
good consistency for rolling. If it is too dry to roll balls, add a little bit more honey.
If is it too wet, add more almonds. Roll into balls & coat in the coconut.
